The postcard publication at hand serves as a thought-provoking exploration of the gender disparities prevalent within the realm of musical movies. Through a skillful fusion of illustrations and memorable lines from iconic films, this collection aims to shed light on the inherent imbalance surrounding gender representation and narratives in the musical genre.

Crafted with an interactive approach, these postcards engage the audience in a captivating game of deciphering the lyrics sung by each gender. By inviting viewers to assume and deliberate, the collection prompts a deeper understanding of the prevailing inequities manifested in the singular focus of specific song topics attributed to one gender. Female characters often find themselves singing about their bodies and yearning for true love's kiss, while male characters tend to center their lyrical expressions on personal introspection.

With this publication, we aim to spark a dialogue surrounding the portrayal of gender within the musical movie landscape. In this exploration of the gender issue in musical movies, I want to invite the audiences to delve into the complexity of representation and consider the broader implications that stem from these imbalances. These postcards offer a window into a larger conversation, one that seeks to foster inclusivity, diversity, and a more nuanced understanding of gender dynamics within the creative realm of musical storytelling.
